Frequently Asked Questions

  • Check-in time is 4 pm or later. Early check-ins are only available if the suite is ready before normal check-in and a guest has already spoken to us at the inn about an early arrival.

  • Our seamless, contactless check-in process is handled through email/text instructions. We contact all guests the day before arrival with a code to get into their suites lockbox with keys inside.

  • Our contactless check-out process is handled the same way as arrival. Simply put the keys back in the suite lock box. While our standard check out time is 10:30 am. Later check outs can be provided if approval by us at the inn is given before the day of departure.

  • No, all the suites take up both houses affording guests a larger/more private experience than a typical B&B or Inn. Pete the owner lives a block away and is on and off site all day for any requests/help.

  • Yes. Please text or call Peter at 912.388.0575 to request storage.

  • Yes, we have limited off-street parking and that is why there is no fee for it. There are also four 50 amp charging spots for EV cars. In the case you cannot find a spot, parking on the street is free and available most days (check for street sweeping signs before parking). For EV owners, no cords are provided. A standard RV plug is compatible with our outlets

  • Of course, we want your stay to be great. At any time, you can customize your guest experience. Reach us via text/email/call to make dining reservations, tours or request board games and treats. Some services may have a charge.

  • While we do not offer dining on-site, Printmaker's Inn provides a 25% discount (paid by the Inn) to Origin Coffee Bar located within half a mile of the Inn. Also, some of the area’s most celebrated restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and more are all within a 5-20 minute walk, 5 minute Uber or the free DOT bus with stops all along Whitaker and Drayton st. If opting to order in, our courtyard offers a convenient meeting spot for Uber Eats, Doordash, and beyond. For on-site refreshments, guests have complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water and wine (on request).

  • The Hills Galloway House has The Attic Lounge. Please respect other guests of the inn while using this space. Quiet hours will be after 10 pm and before 9 am. This space IS video monitored for the safety of our guests.

    The Nichols House has no interior common spaces.

Property Rules & Policies

  • Yes, This is very important to the property and is strictly enforced. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. All the fireplaces in guest suites are NON-operational.

    • Please keep A/C at 72 or above, it can freeze up the units if set below 72 and then will only blow hot air.

    • Please keep all windows closed. It affects our HVAC system if they are open and guests have broken windows in the process of trying to open them. Thanks!

  • Quiet Hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

  • We are children-friendly at the Nichols House and ADULTS ONLY at the Hills Galloway House.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we are not allowing any Pets on site.

  • No. Persons not staying at the Inn are not allowed to be in any rooms unless approved by the owner Peter.

  • Since we are a small boutique Inn, we do have a fairly strict policy. Any suite canceled within 30 days of arrival is charged the entire balance. If we are able to re-sell those nights to a new guest, whatever is re sold would then be reimbursed. Anything cancelled before 30 days of arrival OR within 24 hrs of booking can be cancelled with NO CHARGE and deposits will be refunded minus credit card charge of 3%.
